The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Our 45 m² new and modernly furnished apartment offers ample space for 2 people and is located in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest with a large swimming pool in the garden and a wonderful sun terrace. The apartment has its own terrace, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining table, couch and TV and a bathroom with shower. The toilet is separate. Satellite TV, hair dryer, towels and linens are provided.

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment. There is no through traffic here. It is an ideal starting point for interesting hikes, climbing or mountain biking in the Palatinate Forest. The region on the beautiful Southern Wine Route is also known as the "Tuscany of Germany". In the middle of the Palatinate Forest, in the largest continuous woodland area in Germany. From here you can explore the beautiful landscape with its castles, rocks, viewpoints and huts.

The log cabin, built from natural logs, is elevated on the edge of the forest, offering wonderful tranquility and breathtaking views of the surroundings. Ideal for families with children of all ages, groups or couples looking for a romantic getaway.
