Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x small child travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna
