Lodging in a beautiful quarter

In the room for my guests there is a bed for two persons (140 cm). We use the bathroom together. My apartment is in the 5. flat (without an elevator). After a training of your legs you have a wonderful view from the roof, where is a terrace. You reach the terasse by a ladder. If the weather is fine you have breakfirst there or you can relaxe in the afternoon. There is a flat rate wlan. There is a stop of the tram (2 minutes) (Wilhelmshöher Bahnhof ca. 5 min., City ca. 7 min). The price for one night for one person is 40 Euro, for two persons 60 Euro. Each price including bed-clothes and towels and breakfirst with tea or coffee, cheese or saussage and yogurt.

The single room is located in the Waldhof Hochsauerland. The room is a cozy single room and contains a nice box spring, smart TV, renovated bathroom with wellness shower, toilet and sink with soap, shampoo and towels. The balcony overlooks the monumental St. John the Baptist Church. It is possible to use the breakfast buffet in the breakfast room.
