Our lodging of 60m² is quiet and fully equiped, for short or long stays. You will have access by foot to "La Forêt de Phalempin", its several walking paths and natural interests. It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

Douai: beautiful apartment facing the train station

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Located in the heart of a small village 30 minutes by car or train from Lille, Lens and Douai, 20 minutes by car from the airport. Close to Phalempin Forest and hiking trails. You will be staying in a renovated and fully equipped old farmhouse. Cycling friends, the accommodation is 10 km from the cobblestone area of Mons en Pévèle and on the course of the Tour de France 2025.

New bright "Beffroi" studio

Have a pleasant stay in this comfortable and bright fully equipped studio. The accommodation has the advantage of its disadvantages: close to the roads, it is located on a main artery close to a traffic light... We cannot be held responsible for the noise of the city.
