Apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, on the ground floor, with a small terrace and a private entrance from the outside. Since it is not possible for Airbnb, due to its systems, to divide the following local FEES according to the age of the guests, we have to collect them SEPARATELY on site:  for each guest aged 15 and over per night: a) Local tax - EUR 3.90 b) Mobility levy - EUR 0.50 Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels (1 set/person) are included.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village.
