The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer parking on our premises upon request. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Vanaf het terras kijk je fantastisch uit op de baai en zie je 's avond de zon ondergaan.

Cosy small house 50 m from the beach

The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
