De accommodatie is duurzaam (nauwelijks gasgebruik) en voorzien van airconditioning in living + slaapkamers. In de wintermaanden kan daarmee verwarmd worden. De woning is voorzien van twee sta op stoelen die voor iedereen comfortabel zitten. Slaapkamer 1 heeft een tweepersoons elektrisch bed, de 2e slaapkamer is voorzien van een bed van 120 x 200 en een hoog-laag bed. Bereikbaar via eigen ingang, eigen terras en tuin. Dichtbij de Waddenzee en mooie uitvalbasis om de regio te verkennen.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Lodging "Smederij Sterk" is located in the old city forge of J. Sterk. The monumental building dates from 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. De houtgestookte Hottub is er los bij te huren voor €90,- voor een weekend en €120,- voor een midweek/week.
