Casa di Mare is a ground floor, detached house on a two-story building, at an altitude of 30m from the sea, on the seafront promenade of Vrontados, in Chios. It is in a very green area in the neighboring forest and a wonderful view to the sea and the Asia Minor beaches. Across the street is the clear Sailor's Square with the namesake statue inside the sea.

Nice view, 50 meters from Vrontadou beach. It has free parking. It is located on the second floor, it is cool, airy and sunny with a large corner balcony. It has peace and quiet. Next to it there are cafes, taverns, rotisseries, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a gas station and a supermarket.
