The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, which is located near the city center (5 minutes pleasant walk by the sea) and from the balcony has an open view of the sea and islands since the house is located in the first row by the sea.

On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
