Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend pleasant days with your families or friends. The apartment is in the attic (sloping roof) of the house and can be reached via a separate staircase. The apartment can be locked and is only occupied by the guests. The holiday apartment 1 is located in Taxenbach and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 65 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
