The house of 70 sqm is well maintained and newly renovated. The house has two rooms with 3 beds. The garden is located on a scenic plot with the opportunity to play football. The house is located in a quiet cottage area, at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore completely undisturbed. There is the possibility to purchase a sauna, whirlpool and outdoor shower with cold and hot water

Desuden er der et smukt ude-brus med varmt vand, ca. 10 meter fra hoveddøren. Her kan bades det meste af året mens man nyder naturens elementer samtidig. Smuk lukket have med siddepladser, udepejs og drivhus. I haven går seks høns i indhegning og til hus og have hører også en meget kælen og social langhåret kat.

Total of 136 m2 with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located 400m from Avnø fjord, this picturesque property has total privacy ( apart from the occasional deer). At just 7.5 km from Vordingborg and 25 km from Næstved going out for brunch or dinner is just a quick drive away. Or you can enjoy grilling on the patio. Enjoy touring Møn and Falster, or the nearby beach of Svinø. This location is also perfect for exploring by bicycle.

The apartment contains kitchen/living room, living room with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), bedroom with 2 beds, which can be put together. The kitchen also has a freezer and dishwasher. It is possible to sit outdoors on a small terrace. The view is not good, but it is quiet and peaceful, with max. 5 min. by car to the highway.
