The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house is located on a large natural plot with forest ideal for play and adventure. It is a 15-minute drive to Stege with shops and restaurants and a 3 km walk to Klintholm harbor town. Skønt lille sommerhus med ude-bad indbyder til ro og afslapning i naturrige omgivelser. Huset har ude-køkken med spiseplads, og stor terrasse. Huset er funktionelt og indeholder alt hvad man skal bruge. Der er entre, sammenhængende køkken og stue med brændeovn, soveværelse og badeværelse. Desuden er der et smukt ude-brus med varmt vand, ca. 10 meter fra hoveddøren. Her kan bades det meste af året mens man nyder naturens elementer samtidig. Området er naturskønt med smukke vandre og cykelruter.
