Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 1" is a spacious apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen and south-facing balcony. On the same floor, you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers. There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

The guesthouse Hölzlbauer is located in a quiet location at about 1700 meters of altitude and is the perfect starting point, whether in winter or summer. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
