Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-maintained, public, free beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you opt for a shore bike tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking lot (no small truck) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜 is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The house is directly at the campsite Weiß and Natura 2000 area.

Our house is located in a quiet street within walking distance of the lake and the city center. You can also take hikes to the Pfänder directly from our house. The apartment is lovingly renovated, has 50 sqm and a balcony with lake view. In the spacious living room you can also see the lake from the sofa. Especially popular are the beautiful sunsets. Bregenz is a perfect starting point for excursions, for example to the Bregenzerwald or around Lake Constance.

Welcome to Fishers Cottage. This traditional rustic fisherman’s cottage located in Fußach, In der Schanz Lagoon. The entire area is a conservation area. The cottage is located in the small tight village of Fussach in der Schanz, just 50 meters from the lake and channels, often referred to as “Little Venice”. The little cottage is designed for 4 people (ideal for families, couples, sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and bird watchers).
