Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes' walk (400m) you will find the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenzer Hausberg), the port incl. Station as well as the centre of Bregenz city centre. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area round off the old building in the middle of Bregenz city give a lot of charm and are thus the ideal place for the stay on Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

Our cosy apartment was newly renovated and furnished in 2024. From the balcony, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the centre of the Silbertal. The supermarket, the valley station of the Kristbergbahn and the bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. A ski bus stop to the Kapellbahn is located under the house. The Kapellbahn is a feeder to the Silvretta Montafon Hochjoch ski area. Come and visit us and admire the diversity of the Montafon Alps!
