The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Mountain Cottage Borovnica is located in Lič, only 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. The house offers 2 cozy double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a folding sofa for 2 people in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood-burning stove as well as hot tub and infrared cabin. Forests and nearby lakes allow for an active vacation as well as the absolute tranquility.

Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (2 min by car) and shopping mall ZTC (6-7 min by car).

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome.
