La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the host's yard, located 20 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 35 minutes from Le Mans Sud. Zoo, amusement park and other activities in the area, we open our gate to welcome you in a cottage in our yard where you will find comfort, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds. The sofa also converts to a bed.

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
