It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a 7x4 m terrace with awning, an 8.5x4 m heated pool with sliding roof, a jacuzzi and a large outdoor sauna. A 6 x 6 m garage with wallbox is also available.

On a 3000 sqm property is the detached house between tall trees, a large pond and the Alte Hasel creek. The house has two areas. The main apartment with 4 bedrooms and the secondary apartment with 2 sleeping areas. A total of 6 bathrooms/toilets are available.

The 36 m² accommodation features a combined living and sleeping area with a futon-style double bed (low frame), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, offering space for 2 guests. The kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave with oven function, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
