The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a calm environment. In the old part visible log walls and several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm and has new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and a lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

A little on the side but close to a lot! Our apartment that we rent out is in a quiet area on the puffin in Sörberge. We are close to a lot like Timrå ice rink, football fields, high school, arena school, etc. Proximity to training as a running track and Timrå's new swimming pool, etc. The property is located right next to the beautiful indoor river. The apartment is part of our garage , but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on bv and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with parking possibility for car.

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage.
