Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski center in Rauland and you have the opportunity for both cross country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Get the most out of the cabin life "in the middle of the action" in beautiful Holtardalen and Rauland, by treating you and your family and/or friends to stay at Lykkeoppen! The "little extra" means that you live "alone" at the top with no view and with panoramic views! Ski in/out. Free-standing heated sauna, shelter and outdoor kitchen with the view that "takes your breath away". Heated cabin upon arrival. Warm and tastefully decorated - often heard; "The cabin gives me "lounge-feeling". Follow-up as needed. Electricity and firewood included.

Charming older cottage.

The cabin was paid in the '50s. In 2021, there was inlaid water with a new bathroom and kitchen. There is good distance to surrounding cabins. Good sun conditions from morning to night In winter, ski slopes are a few hundred seats from the cabin. The cabin is located close to a water and in the summer there are good bathing opportunities or a trip with e.g. sup board. There are several summer hiking trails just around the cabin. There is a wood-burning stove and open fireplace in the cabin. Landlord provides wood that you can freely use.

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Vaskemaskin. Sovealkove med plass til 2 personer i køyeseng. 1 soverom med dobbelseng, som kan gjøres om til sofa om en ønsker ekstra tv-stue. Kjøkken har det en skulle trenge og har spisebord med plass til 6 personer. Stue med vedovn, tv og utgang terrasse på bakkeplan. Sengetøy og håndklær må medbringes.

Fin hytte leies ut til ordensmennesker. Hytta ligger fint til på toppen av Rauland, med vakker utsikt og mye sol. Her kan du gå rett ut i flott terreng. Barnevennlig. 2 parkeringer + elbil lader. Vaskemaskin/oppvaskmaskin/tørketrommel. Sengeplass til 8 - 4 soverom. Dobbeltsenger. Sengetøy+håndklær ikke inkl. (leies for 1500,-). Dyner og puter inkl. Leietaker vasker (eventuelt kan vi bestille vask for 2500,-). (The guests clean the cabin before departure or a fee of 2500 NOK will be charged)

Well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 guests. Sauna. Allowed with dog. Bed linen and towels must be brought, you must provide cleaning. Firewood must be brought with you.
