Apartment in the middle of the hill ski in/ ski out. Lovely all seasons with a west facing location and great views. Includes hallway, bathroom with tiles and heating cables on the floor, toilet, washbasin and shower. Washing machine. Sleeping alcove with room for 2 people in a bunk bed. 1 bedroom with double bed, which can be turned into sofa if you want extra TV room. Kitchen has what you would need and has a dining table with room for 6 people. Living room with wood stove, TV and exit terrace on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden cabin area. There is a small cabin field with a good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cottage as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the fridge with shelf life. Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. The cabin is located right next to a waterfall and a charcoal where you can swim. It has stunning views of Totak and there is a short way to the beach. In autumn there are a lot of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road. You can walk straight up the high mountains from the cabin. All animals are welcome in the yard. Here we emphasize the natural and peaceful. Welcome!

Eiendommen har en svært god beliggenhet mot enden av en blindgate og tilgrensede alpinbakken og langrennsløyper.
