For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Entire accommodation, it has a bedroom with double sofa, bathroom with shower and large kitchen with garden view. It is in an excellent location to easily reach the historic center, for example in about 40 minutes you can reach the famous Spanish Steps or the Colosseum. Directly connected to Termini Station and all major transportation links.
