My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer. We are eco-friendly accommodation because we love nature. We generate our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.

2nd floor downtown Vinaròs 50 meters from Fortí beach

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you and your loved ones will have everything close at hand. Fortí Beach and the Paseo Marítimo are a 2-minute walk away, as it's located in the heart of the town of Vinaròs. On one of the charming main streets full of shops, stores and terraces, so you can enjoy yourself as soon as you leave the house. The newly renovated apartment is on the second floor with no lift. It's not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb stairs.

Modern but cosy apartment on the 5th floor (lift). Superb views. A less than 5-minute walk brings you to a small beach and a 10-minute walk to the centre of Vinaros. A supermarket and pharmacy at 1 minute from the main entrance. Bus stop around the corner and train station close by (1.5 km). Summer season community pool and indoor garage on level -2. The garage under the building has space for a midsize car. Come and enjoy the traditional, local food and atmosphere of this lovely coastal town.

The Sea Experience aparthotel in Alcossebre is a recently built complex located on the beachfront of El Cargador Beach and 550m from the center of Alcossebre. Check the prices for the spa, parking, etc. The 50 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 3/5 people (without see views). The photos of the terrace are indicative and at no time do they reflect the height or exact position of the apartment that you reserve as you have several apartments of the same type in the Aparthotel.

The accommodation I offer you is a ground floor with a 200-meter garden, terrace and garage - Located on the first line of the sea with spectacular views of the open sea. It has two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 bed and the other two 90 cm beds. The living room with a full kitchenette, with high-end appliances and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower. The exterior with barbecue, shower and another toilet. Everything is good and comfortable. Great for coming with children and pets.
