Apartment in Golf Panoramica near the sea

Places of interest: For golf lovers and for families including the youngest. You'll love my place because of its location, it's on the Panoramica golf course, and 10 minutes from the beach, next to Vinaroz and the Ebro Delta. The surroundings are green and the views overlook the 8th hole of the golf course surrounded by gardens and a swimming pool. My place is good for couples and families (with kids) whether they like golf or not. There are also paddle courts, pitch & putt courts and children's playgrounds.

3 double bedroom apartment on the seafront in Vinaròs (Valencian Community - Castellón). It is a fifth floor apartment with an elevator. A large dining room with a chaise longue and a sofa that converts into a bed for two more people. Fully equipped (kitchen with oven and microwave, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, three televisions — two in bedrooms and one in dining room Two bathrooms. This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Newly renovated apartment in a gated community, very quiet, beachfront and terrace with ocean views, the community has parking and green areas, a tennis court and 2 swimming pools with a lounge area. The apartment is super romantic and cozy, fully equipped, ideal for a happy vacation as a couple or family. The beach is beautiful, overlooking the castle, not crowded and next to the apartment. Bus 5 minutes to downtown Peñiscola from the urbanization.
