Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

Quiet apartment

Independent apartment on the first floor of my home. Close to the town of Sommières but in the countryside. Very quiet neighborhood. Nîmes-Le Vigan bike path 30 m away. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. Numerous activities in Sommières: famous Saturday market, Monday summer markets, Wednesday night market, numerous restaurants in the city center. Cévennes and sea 40 minutes away (I'll show you nice spots). Bakery and greengrocer a 5-minute walk Reversible air conditioning to stay cool

The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends, you are welcome!!
