The Pouprière cottage is a spacious and comfortable 260 m2 farmhouse (classified as "4-star furnished tourist accommodation") in the countryside. It is for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature. You will enjoy a superb view of the grasslands and the surrounding countryside, a large quiet garden to relax in, a games room to entertain you and the Voie Verte that runs along the property for hiking or cycling.

Maison

Settle into our guest house (shared courtyard with our home) to rest and enjoy the pleasures of the countryside. In the summer, you can share our swimming pool from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Table tennis, darts and balls available. Option to order, at an additional cost, arrival snacks, breakfasts, aperitif boards, etc. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and as you can see in the photos, the staircase is spiral.

Spacious studio in the heart of downtown Alencon, close to all amenities (bus stop, free parking, bakeries, restaurants, bars, museum, media library, town hall, parks ...) Please note : the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and has sub-slopes.
