L'appartement , climatisé , se situe au 2e étage d'un manoir des années 1920 au sein d'un parc arboré de 7000m2. Le calme absolu y est garanti. Le logement comprend une chambre de 25m2 , une de 12m2, un salon de 25m2 , une cuisine de 15m2 ainsi qu'une salle de bains de 12m2. L'acces au parc et à la piscine privée et chauffée est possible ainsi qu' aux équipements extérieurs ( Jeux , cuisine , barbecue , transats ….). Les ballades en vélo sont possibles (voir autres informations à noter)

La Moutonnerie gîte

Quiet little house in the countryside with jacuzzi 10km from Tournai. We ask for 20.00 euros per day of use, - to be paid in cash on site - located 3 m from the cottage. For your comfort, bring bathrobes. Cozy, furnished cottage. The bedroom is upstairs with a staircase without railings. To get to our chicken coop- feed our poultry- and/or garden, we have to go to the end of the lawn of our cottage while respecting the privacy of the lodgers as much as possible.

Enjoy two reserved parking spaces in front of the house. The center of Lille is 6 km away, accessible in 10 minutes by car or with public transport (bus+metro) in 25 minutes. Pierre Mauroy stadium is 5 minutes away.
