chalet a las afueras a 50 km de madrid , con mucha tranquilidad y todos los lujos , dispone de 2 baños uno en planta baja y otro en planta 2º , 5 habitaciones , 3 con cama de matrimonio , 1 con dos camas individuales y la 5HABITACION ESTÁ APARTADA DE LA CASA EN LA ZONA DE PISCINA con su baño. tambien tiene una zona de relax con un cenador equipado con cocina , baño y piscina, barbacoa , terraza exterior .es una zona que esta muy cerca del pantano de san juan y de otras zonas de naturaleza .

Te despertarás cada mañana con vistas a un increíble jardín con árboles frutales y flores y podrás tomar el desayuno en una gran terraza mirando el monte. The entire plot is completely fenced and another specific one for the pool, to prevent minors from passing without adult supervision. There are beds for five guests and a sofa bed for two more. It has parking for two vehicles, a wood and gas barbecue, a gas grill, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline. The environment is a special protection area, very close to the reservoir.

La Bila was built in 1947, in a stone house colony. Its interior is completely renovated. It has a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and a garden to enjoy at all times of the year. The plot is completely fenced and away from the road, it is very quiet. Thanks to its isolation, both in summer and winter the interior temperature is very pleasant.
