Simple, clean, well-equipped apartment + garden

Apartment in country environment with all the services and good communication to the center of Madrid by bus. Immediately when you leave there are pleasant paths through the countryside, you can reach a creek in 25 minutes walking. or by bike, among pines, holm oaks and ash trees. It is the surroundings of the Regional Park of the Middle Course of Rio Guadarrama. 500m from the apartment there is a shopping center with two supermarkets, restaurants etc. The European University is located 4 kilometres away.

Supermercado Mercadona a 3 minutos andando Supercor a 1 min, farmacia, bancos. The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

Rooms in a large luxury villa near Madrid

Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car.

Modern in the middle of nature

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

Lovely home, nearby Madrid to enjoy nature.

The house is located in a beautiful garden shared with our own home. It is a guest house in an open loft style, separated from the main house. We are in the heart of a residential area, called "El bosque" (the forest). Close to ESC La Liga (300m). It is ideal to relax, quiet, with green surroundings only 20 km from Madrid. You can enjoy the chimney, Netflix in winter & the pool (shared with us) and barbecue in summer.

Beautiful three-story house located in front of the Boadilla Palace, with spectacular views and a charming interior patio. Renovated in 2024. It has two double bedrooms and a kitchen/living room for a total of four people. You can enjoy a stay at your leisure, with the convenience of being close to several restaurants and with Monte de Boadilla at your feet, to enjoy nature.

Room in downtown Móstoles

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.
