Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Located on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2019, this modern, comfortable and quiet studio is located in the heart of Monêtier les Bains. A few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, ski lifts and shuttle stops. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the accommodation.
