The house is located at the highest point of the village of Guardia Perticara, one of the most charming villages in the Val d'Agri. From its balconies, the view embraces hills, gullies and immense skies. The accommodation (50 m²) is arranged on two floors with independent entrance, accessible by a stone staircase. The rooms are simple and well-kept, designed for those who love tranquillity, light and slowness.

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
