The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Villa Miranda

Villa Miranda is located in Gagliarda about 4 km from the center of Ortona. The villa is fenced and has covered parking inside. The exterior includes a large garden with swimming pool and a gazebo with barbecue surrounded by greenery for pleasant barbecues in absolute tranquility. The residence is spread over three levels: the first floor and the attic are for guests, while the ground floor is reserved for the owners, who are discreetly present and always available for any needs.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Masseria

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! La Masseria is an old farmhouse hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Villa Mary Pool, a gem on the Costa dei Trabocchi, offers 3 elegant, smart and fully equipped apartments: Ambra, Giada and Perla, each with a private outdoor lounge. In front, a sun deck with loungers opens onto a natural painting: the hilltop village of San Vito on the right and the sea on the left. Infrared sauna, hot tub and gym are always available. The pool is open Monday to Friday in June, July, August and September for pure relaxation!
