Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
