Cozy house, equipped with everything you need to stay calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the hill, 15/20 min./car from the sea and mountains. The house is located in the beautiful village, with a food and wine vocation, of Torano Nuovo, "village of taste", "City of Wine" and capital of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Nearby are the cities of Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto with the Fortress, as well as the Adriatic Coast. Possibility of hiking in MTB and "Walk in Nature".

The apartment (80 m²) has a double entrance, front and back, onto the Mediterranean garden and the historic garden, and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view that extends as far as the Adriatic Sea. The ground floor has a large living room with a kitchen and dining area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom that can be divided and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms in travertine marble, one with a Jacuzzi and shower, and the other, smaller one, with a shower.

Welcome! We are located in a quiet area near Nereto, in the Abruzzo hills. Our apartment can accommodate 1 to 5 people. If you love the sea, you will find several seaside resorts a few kilometers away, such as Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido (blue flags 2022). The centrality of our town will allow you to visit, in addition to the coastal resorts, some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, stroll through our olive groves or take bike tours and excursions! Enjoy your vacation!

Immersed in the Marche countryside, the house is located a few meters from the Tronto river and bordering the bike path that connects S. Benedetto. Not having houses in the immediate vicinity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom (even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven are available.
