This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Lovely fully renovated one-bedroom apartment consisting of a kitchen (burners with an induction cooker), a bedroom and a bathroom located on the mezzanine floor (4 steps) of a building. Very quiet residential area. Close to the center and the FS station. At 50 meters there is the cafe bar called "il Mulino" di Bruno. Nearby also supermarkets and bus stop. Street parking is normally available. In the summer, air conditioning system by ecological cooler.

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
