You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with TV, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine "nespresso", kettle, toaster, (we do not have microwave). We've made some books available.

You'll love my place because it's a 2-bedroom apartment with a sea view, measuring about 78 m2, located very close to the center, with access to Nossa Senhora do Mar beach, in addition to the main beach and Alteirinhos beach, with parking in front of and behind the building. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
