Casa da Fonte is at Lugar da Praia, a small village situated in a valley between the mountain and the beaches, on the south coast of São Miguel. It is in the center of the Island, close to the highway, ideal as a starting point for long drive or walking tours. There are several sandy beaches around, a waterfall and a natural pool within a 5-minute walk, and a walking trail with a stunning scenery. Quiet place, in the middle of nature, without noise from cars. Totally relaxing and invigorating!

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Recovered house (old winery), integrated into a 5,000 m2 farm, with a wide variety of citrus and other crops. Great garden, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Casa do Lagar is one of the 3 villas of Quinta Velha das Amoreiras, an agricultural property located on the quiet outskirts of Vila Franca do Campo, in the center of São Miguel Island. Casa do Lagar is an entire house inside our farm. It has one double bedroom and two single beds on the mezzanine above the living room. A car is required.
