Guest access You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, along with:    •   A private front deck with dining area and charcoal grill    •   Access to a shared swimming dock and rowboat (available in summer)    •   Optional rental of a lakeside sauna with a glass veranda Other things to note The guesthouse is peacefully located with nature right outside the door. Our main house is nearby, but the guesthouse has no windows facing us, and we rarely use that side of our home — ensuring your privacy. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we also rent out a spacious house on the property that sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms), perfect for those who want to stay close but enjoy separate spaces. You need a car if you like to see more of the High Coast Area. Public transportation is very limited.

The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located by the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Year of construction 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun loungers. Wintertime when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.
