( but the ideal is to be 1,2,3 or 4) Two bedrooms, relaxing dining kitchen area, a covered terrace and a 40m2 terrace. NO COMMON SPACE WITH US. There's no TV. The toilets are outside but this is not a problem for most times Min 7 day RENTAL during the holidays.

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.
