Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

Apartment ideally located and completely renovated. In the heart of the residence, Les Hameaux du Lac, you can enjoy the village 100 m away, Lac Marin 50 m away and the ocean 300 m away. It has a terrace with unobstructed views, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator and a small freezer) a shower room, two bedrooms and a mezzanine. T2 on the 1st floor with open views of the sea lake. You can watch the sunsets from the covered terrace overlooking the sea lake not overlooked. The mail (center of all shops, restaurants, shops, food stores, etc.) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the ocean is 30 minutes. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.

In the heart of old-Boucau, beautiful full-foot apartment located in a bourgeois house inhabited by a family of 5 people. Possibility to accommodate up to 5 people. ( but the ideal is to be 1,2,3 or 4) Two bedrooms, relaxing dining kitchen area, a covered terrace and a 40m2 terrace. NO COMMON SPACE WITH US. There's no TV. The toilets are outside but this is not a problem for most times Min 7 day RENTAL during the holidays.
