Wir laden Sie sehr herzlich ein in unsere ruhig gelegene, geräumige und schlichte Ferienwohnung. Sie ist für 3 (max. 4) Gäste ausgestattet und auf der 1. Etage finden Sie: 2 Schlafräume, eine benachbarte Toilette, eine kleine Ankleide und den überdachten Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich: das Badezimmer mit Dusche, die kleine, einfache Küche und Nebenraum, dem Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch und die Diele. Zusätzlich nutzen Sie eine rustikale Terrasse mit angrenzendem kleinen Naturgarten.

The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

On 66 m², you will find an open living/dining area with a sofa bed and cocktail armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).

It is located directly on the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path, ideal for those who love nature and cycling or hiking. Trier is about 19 minutes away by car and is a great destination to discover the diverse history and culture of the region.
