Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een ruime woonkamer met open keuken (keukeneiland) met afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat, koelkast en combimagnetron. Tevens bevindt zich op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Op de 1e verdieping is een vide (open verbinding) met een 2-persoonsbed.
