Agréable appartement de 50 m2 en rez de jardin d'une villa, situé au calme à l'entrée de Propriano , à 5mn des plages. Le logement dispose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine américaine toute équipée , un coin repas ,une salle de bains avec douche , wc et bidet. Une chambre accueillant un grand lit (draps et serviettes fournies) . Idéal pour une étape ou un séjour en couple. Il dispose d'une jolie terrasse et d'un jardin. Un parking gratuit est à disposition, ainsi que le wifi .

Private pool shared between the 3 listings. Sea and mountain views. Shops and beaches 5/10 min walk. Small cove within a 5-minute walk. Leisure: departure from a few boat trips at the foot of the subdivision ( Calanques de Piana, Scandola reserve,Girolata ...)

Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)
