I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Located in a typical hamlet with views of the Monts d 'Auvergne and the Corrézienne countryside, calm and nature. At the crossroads of the Lot, Cantal and close to the Dordogne river. All shops 10 minutes away. Sheets provided from 4 nights booked, otherwise bed linen package €10.00/bed on request. WIFI.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
