The gite, with a surface area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is an open plan space with: a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, 1 shower room, a mezzanine with 2 90 beds, a kitchen area (fully equipped), a dining/living area with its wood burning stove.

Nice house near station

This accommodation offers you a pleasant stay with its amenities and grounds. On site you can enjoy a balcony as well as a 24 m2 terrace with a great view equipped with a pergola for summer and outdoor dining. Enclosed and wooded land 5 minutes from Lioran station as well as various hiking or other activities nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds. Very friendly house to spend a relaxing time for couples or groups of friends. See you soon!

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
