Enjoy your holidays in this pleasant apartment in front of the sea boulevard, a stone's throw from the beaches, in the characteristic setting of the pier. Ideal for families, given the extreme proximity to the sea, the pedestrian promenade and all the services of the center. Recently renovated, it has WiFi with fiber, kitchen, large living room, double bedroom and terrace (no sea view). Equipped with an elevator that goes all the way home, it is located on the fifth floor of the prestigious former Regina hotel building.

Top location, fabulous view, the apartment is located on the seafront, crossing the road you will find yourself on the promenade at the entrance to the beach resorts. When you enter (from the 2nd floor) you will feel like you are on a boat, climb the stairs for modernity and breathtaking views. Attic penthouse on the 3rd floor, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, all new. No elevator. Pocket terrace for eating, sunbathing and aperitifs. Garage, air conditioning, washing machine, linens, dishwasher, etc.

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking and it has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.
