Whether you are looking for a well-located base for all sorts of winter sports in one of Switzerland's leading ski resorts, a fun break with friends or a place to get away from it all, "Casa Tschut" is the place to be! Suitable for 4-8 people and vacations all year around. Three parking lots in a shared garage, but also reachable via public transport.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Heimeliges 2-Familienhaus für gemütliches Zusammensein und romantische Stunden am Kamin. Besonders geeignet fūr Eltern oder Grosselter mit Kindern immer Sommer oder Winter. Dies da sich die Kinder jederzeit um den schönen See mit spielen verweilen können. Die Skiregion ist sehr kostengünstig. The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained apartment is idyllically located by the larch forest above the village of Andeer (a paradise). Unobstructed views in all directions of the beautiful mountains. Parking is also available on site. The large property is fully fenced. The large seating area with a fire pit for grilling may be used by arrangement (no parties). The apartment is very centrally located, for many activities, winter and summer.
