Cottage on the edge of a 1.8 ha pond, in an 18 ha property with 2-seater hot tub on the outdoor terrace. Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

In a pretty village, near Giverny, at the bottom of the garden, you will find a small one-story house with blue shutters, ideal for a peaceful and bucolic stopover. At the gates of Normandy; easy access to A13 towards Rouen or Paris. Train station in Vernon or Gaillon. This Cottage with its atypical charm - entirely designed and created by me - is nestled in the heart of our property in a small village in Vexin Normand. 1 hour from Paris, 50 minutes from Rouen, 25 minutes from Lyons-La-Forêt, 20 minutes from Vernon-Giverny, 10 minutes from Château-Gaillard-Les Andelys, 2 minutes from Domaine de la Croix Sauvalle and Grange du Bourgoult.

Vernon hypercenter apartment, all amenities. Supermarket 50 m away, train station, bus stop. Restaurants nearby. Parking outside the building, free every day after 7pm as well as on Sundays and Mondays. Just 7 kilometers from the famous Monat Garden and the Impressionist Museum. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen.
