This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Høyt og fritt med sjøutsikt og flott solgang i fredelige omgivelser. Her kan du slappe av og få den gode feriefølelsen. Hytta er godt utstyrt. Utemøbler og grill på terrassen. Terrassene er på to nivåer med trapp. Svømmebassenget er 8 x 4 m, oppvarmet, og i drift fra primo juni til primo september. To P-plasser. Eiendommen er ikke egnet for personer med bevegelseshinder.
