Great house in the middle of lovely Son!

Enjoy a delicious stay in this modern house, which is centrally located. From here it is only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the cozy harbors of the city of Son. With a lovely large patio with all-day sun, you can experience long summer evenings and great sunsets. There are 2 floors with with large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, while to the other two rooms there is space for mattresses or travel cots. There are 2 parking spaces just outside the house.

Great villa with a lovely patio

Velkommen til en moderne og stilren enebolig i vakre omgivelser i den hyggelige landsbyen Hølen. Kos deg på en stor, privat terrasse. Nyt et godt måltid på et moderne kjøkken og slapp av i en lys og trivelig stue med ekstra takhøyde. Huset er på 150 kvadrat og har 4 (5) soverom med tilsammen 8 soveplasser, to bad og vaskerom. Nytt 2025: Boblebad! Beliggenhet med nærhet til mange ulike badestrender i Son, Vestby og Drøbak, 20 min til Tusenfryd, 35 min til Oslo og kort vei til svenskegrensen.

In Edvard Munch's footsteps in Hvitsten, 40 min from Oslo

Edvard Munch valgte seg Hvitsten som sommersted i 1910. Vårt hus ligger en kort spasertur unna Munchs hus og har storslagen utsikt over Oslofjorden. Munchs hus kalles Peters Minde og det gjør også vårt hus i offentlige papirer. Huset er lyst og varmt med seks gode sengeplasser og to bad. Du kan våkne og gå ned til sjøen med kaffekoppen din og nyte stillheten med fjorden som nabo. Ramme gård med sine vakre hager, kulturarrangementer er en spasertur unna. Hus i Vestby.

Alle er velkomne til og leie vår enebolig. Huset ligger fredelig til ved et småbruk og skogen er nærmeste nabo. Fredelig beligenhet, men godt utgangspungt for turer. Kun 7 min kjøretur til Vestby der du har kjøpesenter og Oslo Fashion Outlet. Fra Vestby tar det 20 minutter med tog til Oslo. Bademuligheter ved Oslofjorden 20 min kjøring. Tusenfryd 25 min. Det finnes flere turstier i nærområde. Det går ingen offentelig komunikasjonsmidler forbi eiendommen, så du er avhengig av bil.

Great townhouse in child-friendly and cozy neighborhood.

Nice townhouse in a great location Here you are close to the field with a hiking trail a stone's throw away. Child-friendly area with several playgrounds in the immediate vicinity, climbing park and ball bins for football and basketball. There are also several beaches nearby. In general vicinity you can find: Vestby Storsenter: 3,2 km Oslo fashion outlet: 5,5km Tusenfryd: 21km. Adventure Factory: 5.1. 500m to bus stop driving down to Vestby Storsenter and the train station.

Son: Home with a lovely patio and short road to the sea

Relax with the family at this peaceful residence. 3 bedrooms to disp. 3 double beds, 1x 1.80, 1x 1.50 and 1x 1.20. 2 bathrooms w/ a shower and a toilet. A beautiful garden sheltered from the sun from morning to night. The beach is 10 min walking distance, and 3 min drive. Downtown is 4 min away by car. Free garage. 7 min to Sonsveien station where there are continuous trains to Oslo or down south. 40 to Nordby in Sweden. 15 min to Oslo fashion Outlet and 25 min Tusenfryd.

Idyllic and modern 25 min from Oslo

A modern house with a huge garden, beautiful view over the rural surroundings and five minutes from the train station Vestby. Modern and comfortable trains to downtown Oslo go every half hour and the tide only takes 22 minutes. There are many sights and beaches closeby within 10-15 minutes by car. Grocery store, café and shopping mall in walking distance. Milly, our cat, will stay in the house.
